If you are a current or previous resident of Student Living please do not register again. Your profile already exists in the system. Please click on 'Home' and use your email address and password to access the Student Living Portal. If you have forgotten your login details, please email your name, date of birth and student number to uonstudentliving@newcastle.edu.au
If you have not lived on campus at the University of Newcastle, you will need to register for the Student Living Portal. To register, please complete all mandatory fields and press "Next".

Emergency Contact Details

Your student email address (e.g c3155448@uon.edu.au or Jane.Smith@uon.edu.au) is the best email to enter here. If you do not currently have an active University of Newcastle student email address enter the one you currently use. Once you have an active student email address you can update your details through the 'Update Details' tab in the portal.
If you enter an alternative email address, we will use this email address to contact you throughout the application process. Once you arrive on-campus and receive a student email address, all correspondence will be done through your student address as per the contractual requirements.
Attention: Hotmail, Live and iCloud account users. These email providers block some communications sent from the University of Newcastle. You will need to provide an alternative email address to receive correspondence from us.
